Makes about 7 cups of mix; enough to make 16 waffles.
Ingredients
- 6 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup whole milkpowder
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Method
- Using a whisk, combine all ingredients
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
