- Grated cheese
- Creamed corn
- Bacon
- Sun dried tomatoes

Method
- Create pancakes using standard pancake recipe.
- Put one or two spoons of the filling in each pancake, and roll.
- Fit the pancakes in a baking dish
- Grate some extra cheese on top
- Bake for 10 minutes, then grill for 10 minutes
