
Ingredients
- christmas pudding
- vanilla ice cream.
Method
- The ratio is about 4 parts ice cream to one part christmas pudding. Maybe 5 parts if people are unsure about it.
- Pudding into the food processor first.
- Quick whizz to break it up. Not mush!
- Break ice cream in around the bowl evenly and blend til just mixed. Refreeze.
- Take it out a good 5 mins before you want to use it.
